you win that pot 83% of the time after the turn so i would say you played it fine. you got unlucky it happens. most of the time you would be getting paid off here so i would say dont change anything.

Only thing I could pick out there is that if you are going to bet pot on the flop you may as well shove as you will only have a quarter pot bet left on the turn and you are already completely commited anyway. If you wanted to keep betting till the turn maybe just bet half pot on the flop which would leave you with a 2/3rd pot bet for the turn.

Still don't think you would get him off it here though. Both other players played this horribly...
