I x2 players and this board does not have the value TQO if you bet will take at least one call I believe the turn will be quite complicated except play 9, J or Q.

The advantage is being in position.

If you had JT, a gut shot to the nuts, then I would like a bet here better. UTG range should be broadway cards and small to mid pairs, while the SB should have small to mid pairs, and small to mid suited connecters. This flop crushes both of their ranges. Pre flop I would prefer a call behind on the button versus a raise. You will have to fold to the UTG limp 3 bet in this situation. Call behind pre, see a flop and go from there if you must play this hand, otherwise fold and move on

if you play such hands, you will often lose. if the hands TQ were of the same suit ... then of course you can.
