Bad beat or bad play? Thinking from the Villains point of view, I am not sure if I will call with a sub par kicker. Will you?

I think is ok play :qs4: :10c4: just doing a check from bb. You play out of position and view flop free.
Hitting 2nd pair, is ok call.
Turn villain again bet, here is unnecessary go all-in. You need to put range on villain. I think u call turn again and see action of villain on river, but is not necessary go all-in or pay bet excessive.

Thinking from the Villains point of view: I think he made a good call on the turn, especially in freeroll tournament, top pair is enough. You also played well IMO. You try to protect your hand before above all flush draw and possible straight draw. Otherwise Villains makes a call pre flop, so he has to have something pre flop. Take care :)
