If you want to get the chips in, get them in on the flop. Your turn bet (I like the intention!) may have been ill-timed. Maybe a smaller bet, like 1/3 pot on the turn. An ace would call, but you'd still have equity to hit two pair or better.

Do not understand what you want to hear? If the villain does not have AK, then you played against the answering machine or your table is so aggressive that everything is called. Manko game is not amenable to analysis.

That doesn’t make sense to me. He is mostly not calling you with the worst hand. I’d decide between little value bet or check-call play and let him fire for instance straight draws and mostly he will bluff if he misses.
