This is the 1st hand of the tournament so no info on the opponent.

1. Should I raise pre-flop?
2. Do I call his push?

Preflop
We could 3-bet, but its an UTG open, so he should be very tight, and we dont want to do all that much light 3-betting against tight ranges. We could even consider to just fold, but given that we are guarantied position postflop, and its only a min-raise, and our hand is suited, I would also call here. We just need to be a little carefull, if we flop top pair and face a lot of pressure, because hands like AK, AQ, AA and KK are certainly in his range.

Flop
Betting here when checked to is totally fine. Your sizing is a bit on the large size, but not a big deal in a freeroll.

Turn
Think its fine to bet again for value and protection, but I am probably checking back most rivers, because I dont see many worse hands, that are going to call you down, if you go bet, bet, bet. Now he check-jam, and I think, its fair to say, he is not doing this with a worse hand for value, so you only beat a bluff, and without reads I will say, that this is an underbluffed line. The hand, which really springs to mind, that might take this line for value, is KJ, which turned a straight. Or maybe 99, that turned a set. Or he was sandbagging something on the flop. While it sucks to put in a third of your stack and then fold, I would also let it go and live to fight another day.
