It's a 500$ freeroll for new players. So the field was pretty mixed. About 350 players registered, now only 16 left so final table is close. I'm with average stack and this hand comes:

Seat 3 is the button
Seat 2: wilkco18 ( 59441 )
Seat 3: BUvsSB ( 19133 )
Seat 4: vitekgalan ( 37540 )
Seat 5: plastycash ( 13881 )
Seat 6: scrudscrud ( 15540 )
Seat 8: GODFATHER92U ( 27102 )
Seat 9: LIKE2FISHY ( 33486 )
Seat 10: AtiAvP ( 33856 )
vitekgalan posts ante of [120].
plastycash posts ante of [120].
scrudscrud posts ante of [120].
GODFATHER92U posts ante of [120].
LIKE2FISHY posts ante of [120].
AtiAvP posts ante of [120].
wilkco18 posts ante of [120].
BUvsSB posts ante of [120].
vitekgalan posts small blind [600].
plastycash posts big blind [1200].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to AtiAvP [ Ad Qh ]
scrudscrud folds
GODFATHER92U calls [1200]
LIKE2FISHY folds
AtiAvP raises [3600]
wilkco18 calls [3600]
BUvsSB folds
vitekgalan folds
plastycash raises [12561]
GODFATHER92U folds
AtiAvP raises [30136]
wilkco18...?

plastycash 16/9 (70 hands) 12BB
wilkco18 32/4 (25 hands) 50BB
AtiAvP (me) 20/10 (341 hands) 28BB

ShortStack goes reraiseallin preflop. It's a pretty interesting situation. I decided to shove and try to kick wilkco from the pot and fight alone with the ShortStack. Was it a bad or good move to go allin with 28 BBs at this situation?

It's fine.

You're of course ahead of plastycash re shove range and wilkco you will have crushed too given his call behind and his stats, he has a wide range of calling hands in this spot.

I'm just re shoving here myself to iso the ss to avoid difficult post flops. Well played.

Good to hear, that it was a good move. :)
Unfortunatelly SS showed JJ and Wilcko AK and no Q on the board. But I guess I would play the same way this hand.
