having a look, I'd have to think your 3bet all-in was defintely too much unless you were wanting him to fold, which with middle-set you were not.

Essentially I'd see you having two options here,:
1. you could simply call and see what the turn brings and make another raise on the turn, I mean the flop is rainbow so no flush draws to be scared of, straight draws would be his holdings of 89 or 58, or 45 to be looking at the open ended side of things (in which case you could still pair the board for a boat if an out for the straight hits the turn (in which case I'd be thinking a check/call perhaps to see the river and determine from there the next action).

2. Make the 3-bet but not a shove, your shove there is looking like at min AK or better and so if he hapened to have an Arag then he is folding, whereas a 3-bet raise to say 420 I think would bring you more value as its something he may consider calling (if he folds to that, he was just trying to steal and you are in the same situation as your push). If he does call, then unless a scare card (mainly a completion to a straight) hits the board on the turn then you can look at a check/raise allin to which you would most likely be getting called (again the card not being a scare card on the turn for you).

Just my thoughts on the feeling of the hand. I could be wrong, I have never used the HUD's so have no idea on the #'s you included up top which I am sure would allow for more insight into the player but above are my thoughts on what I would do in the situation. Perhaps my critique could be critiqued as to my thought process.

Villain is a maniac looking at the stats. I don't think its that much of a bad play to take this line in a freeroll. Alot of players are seeing flops with any Ace and are willing to take them to showdown.
Still, in this particular situation, villain is very LAG and bluffy. Just let him fire again on the turn then you can check raise his turn bet or donk bet river. If he had an Ace he probably isn't letting it go with the odds he's getting when he's being check raised.
Donk bet on river you also represent a busted straight draw that just doesn't want to give up.
And it annoys people and often cause confusion when you do stuff like check raising and donk betting when they are feeling comfortable with their hand and being the aggressor. Suddenly they're put to the test and not so comfortable anymore. Or they are comfortable and call you with worse hand :D

flop is rainbow , afraid about the straight and AA /77 so in this case i think i just call and let vilain make a second barrel and hoping he will hit a second pair . just raise on river or small bet on turn if it is not a scary card .

Flop - flat his check/raise and then min-bump his turn bet. I estimate 75% of the time he'll ship on you.

There's just no need to raise the flop and certainly not to just shove. Take a bet/call line and evaluate the turn.
