I'd call here against a player who has just turned up and is spewing his chips everywhere.

I agree. I think, the C-bet is a bit thin, especially because your hand dont need much protection, and how many worse hands are really going to call you all the way down, if you go bet, bet, bet. But I am probably not folding second pair top kicker to someone, who have been sitting out in a freeroll and shown maniac tendencies after coming back.
