Yes, your pre flop raise needs to be bigger here as you are out of position, do not really want the BB to join from behind and have a hand that we dont mind if we take it down pre. I think your sizing should be more in the 4x neighborhood of 28k.

On the flop you should be leading there but I think you can go smaller and get the same effect. As long as you plan to double barrel which you should on a lot of turns you only have to bet enough to price out draws for this street. I like a sizing of more like 20k instead of the 26k you make it. I dont like the call you made either although I did see you were ahead which amazed me that villain did this when we raised pre and therefore have a better chance of having a hand but I would think on that board we are at least going against two diamond overs of hands that would jam there. Just would never put them on a 2x or 4x hand so they would have got me here with their jam.

If you are going to raise here, then the goal is to get hands like Q9 or JT to fold. And to achieve that you need to go way larger than this. This issue with that is, that if he still continue, you have created a bloated pot and a low SPR, where your hand dont perform well, and you are out of position. So I actually lean towards just completing and basically play the hand like a set-mine.

Flop
C-betting here is fine, since it is one of the best flops for you other than flopping a set. However when he jam, I prefer to just let him have it. You are not getting a good price, and if he has an 8, you are way behind drawing to 2 outs. If he has a draw, he likely have at least one overcard to go with it, and then you are only flipping. So you are basically hoping, he is going crazy with a hand like the one, he had, and I am just not convinced, thats the case often enough to justify this call.

Maybe I can get onboard with calling, if you had a solid read, that this was a maniac fish. But most recreational players are on the passive side, so in a vacuum I dont expect limp-calling with K2 offsuit and then piling it in for all their chips, when they catch "a piece of the board", to be a particular common line for them to take. This was also somewhat late in the freeroll judged by stack sizes, and then I would also not expect to see something like this as often as in the beginning.
