I am in the big blind with 72o and the button raises so I thought it was just another button raise with nothing so I 3 bet and he calls lol 😂. I was committed.so the flop comes 5h Ah and Ad .the villain bets about 1/3 of the pot and I took that as weakness.what do you think 🤔 am I just lucky 🍀 or it’s was the wrong move because he donk bet . I think it’s a missed flush draw ✍️??? Thank you for your comment.

That's a regular bet for me. I don't see any weakness there.

The sense of a bet is to make (worse) hands call, so I don't understand people who bet more than half of the pot on the flop. :)

I don't really understand the following parts of the hand but if you 3-bet pre-flop and then check-raise him, I can see him fold if he has no Ace.

So this time it worked out, if I interpret correctly but be careful since some players also play down their hands and an Ace-set is quite a decent hand to downplay. :)
