The board is showing a straight and flush draw, but I dont think its as scary as it seems. I have outs to a full boat or quads, but also if any none spade A, Q, 9 comes on the turn, I also have draws to a straight as well. The bet is most likely a feeler bet, so do I want to raise here and take down a small pot or do I just smooth call with plans of raising/shoving on the turn? I dont think the betting will continue after the turn unless they improve.

Given that at this current moment the pot is at $750 which is 15bb, a flat call will therefore give a pot of $900 (assuming that the 3rd player folds). The pot is now at the same size as fanta has in chips so regardless of improving or not on the turn fanta could well push or call for the rest of his stack as he may well do to a reraise from you after the flop.

Reraise here. I don't like the draws out there and K, Q or A, Q is possible after your preflop raise was called.
