You shouldnt fist pump until you know your definately winning, its a bad charm otherwise :D

Also, could your bet on the turn made your hand look anymore weak than you showed it to be

I had been getting killed all night by people flopping trips with rags. The big stack at the table was really loose and getting lucky with crap.

I hate two pair on a paired board. Actually, with the straight, I'm suprized DiamondLil didn't try to steal it right there. I was beat on the turn.

Oh man, that 10%-of-pot bet on the turn is horrid.

Why? Don't know if a check would have brought 2 checks, but it looks like a good blocking bet to me.

What am I missing here? How were you beat on the turn?

And that is a way too early fistpump, as mentioned.

I like to go with the 1...2...3... RAISE/FIST PUMP!

Normally my fistpumps come after a snap call after trapping an opponent.

Such as in the BB with 88, flop comes A84, you check, LAG big stack pushes and you snap call/fist pump your way to victory against his pagget 7.

That turn bet makes me all confused in my guttywuts.

Plus, funny story - the first few times I came across the term "fistpump" in my silly ol' life I was convinced it was a colloquialism for male endeavours embarked upon alone.......... :joyman:

Not really, any two cards are calling that all day long.
