Well, I haven't deposited in over 3 months and now deposited $50, I know this is horrible BRM. I am playing a $5.50 9man sng. How did I play this hand? What would you have done?

I would have done everything the same. Limp pre-flop hoping for a set, then when you hit it getting all your chips in right away. After getting re-raised on the flop coming over the top again is great since we don't want to give out a cheap card to any flush draws. If it just so happened you ran into 99 or AA then so be it. Well done IMO.

Ended up getting a run of bad cards and after getting ~1900 chips again I lose with JJ vs AA, all-in preflop.

the exact same thing you did! flop a set and stack off on the flop

That hand went pretty much textbook perfect. In this particular case you might have even shoved first bet, and villain might follow, figuring he had a better kicker, but the way you did it pretty much insured he was pot committing himself.

While this normally works, keep in mind occasionally bottom set will kill you. Doesn't happen all that often, but it does happen.

Only 3+ months,lol, last time i deposited was in neteller in September 2005,, and it was only $ 40. made lots of withdrawals but havent had to deposit again,, not yet anyway,,lol, buck
