Shove the flop, your stack isn't big enough to 'play' this hand out and the flop pot as it lays is a 25% increase to your stack. Course with the results showing I could be swayed by the results.
He was getting 3:1 (almost) on his money to float you and in his mind a 7 or a 9 might also have been a winner for him. 250 bet on the flop wasn't nearly enough. With your stack size the 250 bet would signal an A-face type hand to me and any sort of a draw would float one more card.
