1/3 into freeroll tourney table is pretty thigh/aggresive type, As you you can i dont have that many chips left...so here's what i do.. tell me if i made an incorrect move ... should i have made a continuation bet after the flop?

so my pre flop raise wasnt big enough? i mix it up sometimes, 3X sometime i call this time i decided to raise X1

the problem is you're throwing 400 chips in and leaving just over 400 chips in your stack. there are few situations which could arise postflop which would make you fold (and if you do fold you're leaving yourself with nothing to work with), so you may as well just shove preflop. if you get called you're probably ahead or coinflipping (and you shouldn't mind coinflipping with such a small stack), and even if everyone folds the result is still really good for you as winning just the blinds here increases your stack by almost a third.

this generally applies when you're sitting on less than 10BBs. search the forums and/or try putting 'shortstack strategy' into google for more detail.

What he is saying is that there is no point raising XxBB because you should just shove. You are short stacked, this is a top hand so just shove...there is absolutely no point leaving yourself with like 600 chips because even if you miss the flop you pretty much have to shove anyways.
