Bad Play or Just Another FreeRoll Miracle

Earlier today I was in a $200 freeroll on PokersStars, and I was put out on this hand. I think I played it correctly and just lost to another freeroll miracle, but I'd like to hear another opinion or two.
Maybe, I could have bet more and and made the pot odds less favorable, but they were already less than 4:1 and I don't know if that would have done any good. In retrospect, going allin on the river was probably the wrong bet, since by then there were 3 diamonds on the board. But calling the flop and turn on a flush draw, when the hand odds are 2x or more than the pot odds, just doesn't make a whole lot sense to me.
So, at this point I'm leaning toward letting it go as a freeroll miracle, and not fretting over my play.

Thank You. I should have raised more pre-flop. I should have known that.
That jogged my memory about something that I've read in the past [but don't know where]. It went something like this "If there are limper's in front you, and if you're going to raise, then you should raise more that standard raise by adding a BB to your raise for each person who called on front of you". I wish I'd have remembered that before I played this hand, but I won't forget it next time. Thanks Again.

Just to reinforce, yeah, your pre-flop raise is cringeworthy. Three people have limped, dude. The blinds are very worthwhile. Pop to 600 at least, given it's a freeroll you could do more.

I think you should have pushed all-in preflop because then A-4 wouldn't be in the hand and you might get AQ to call slightly.
