probably just call with the pocket 6's given you stack size & the early position raise & call from big stack.

2nd hand just fold, u dont want to be calling off 1/10 of your stack to try to hit a set and i dont understand why the push. The minraise could mean absolutely anything and you have ~20 BBs left. Theres no reason to push there with 66.

#1 - fine

#2 - I probably just call preflop, or perhaps fold. I think with a minraise and a call in front and the likelihood that the big stacked BB will tag along with almost any two cards we can just about play this for set value, but it's marginal. I'd rather fold than shove - the average player's UTG raising (even minraising) range has 66 absolutely crushed.

#1. I would play to keep others interested here, maybe bet only 200, perhaps even check raise.

#2 with small pockets, you really are only playing 5 card hands, if you don't hit on the flop, you should usually back down. A min raise can sometimes get others to reconsider a stone cold semi bluff, but nothing more.

There are two flush draws on the board by the turn - do we really want to (a) risk giving a free card or (b) give anyone with a draw odds to call a small turn bet?

Probably 2/3-3/4 pot would be optimal in most cases, but I have no problem with a PSB either - it's pretty table dependent.

Second hand, I'm not too crazy about the push vs a minraiser and a caller. If it were only the minraiser I wouldn't mind it as much because many times this move will work. You just happened to run into KK but anything below AK is forced to fold to that push, although you have to consider that minraiser is UTG so you really have to have a good reason to push even if there were no callers. Against UTG minraiser and UTG+1 caller, the chances of this working are very slim and make me hate the push.

Flat calling and playing it for set value is probably not terrible although borderline since its 1/10th of your stack, but its reasonable to see this going 4-way at least so you could try it. In order to make that call you need to have a good feel for the table, because you have 3 players left to act so if you think one of them is capable to come over the top in an attempt to take the dead money then you should fold without hesitating.

The first hand is ok. You do have 3 players left to act so you could check and hope someone tries to steal it since the pot is 800 so its well worth a stab, and usually some LP player will do it, but in the same time there are now 2 flush draws and if it checks around in a 5-way hand the chance of losing the pot is high. Betting and not giving any free cards is the way to go IMO. It kind of announces that you have a 6, but if they all fold it's ok because it's better to win a medium pot rather than losing a big pot and the chance of that happening is high enough that you have to protect your hand by making them draw incorrectly.
