I think 🤔 that to be the best poker player you have to be like a robot 🤖 no emotions like this hand 🤚 it was obvious that I was beat but my human emotions wanted to see what the villain 🦹‍♀️ had it we can cut that out I think 🤔 we would be like robots 🤖 but I don’t think that robots are better than humans cause of instants sometimes you know your good 👍. Thank you for your comment.

The first mistake in this hand is to raise the flop with just a top pair not even best kicker. You are to deep to play for stacks with this hand, and when we have a hand with showdown value, which is not good enough to play for stacks, we should never be raising any street. This is the basic idea of pot control, which is explained in the video below. So just check-call flop, check-call turn and make a decision, if he bet again on the river depending on his sizing, timing etc. And yeah. As played, when you get 3-bet for a very large sizing, you are almost always beat, and you should just fold.

The play here was overly aggressive (by some margin) with a mediocre* hand and versus the only opponent at the table who covers the hero stack comfortably.

While I can understand why you initially defend your BB preflop, in tournaments it's prudent to be far more selective with how we play these kinds of spots for precisely this reason, we want to avoid sending ourselves back to the lobby so tenuously.

With regards to your question/statement regarding robots, for me it is less about having or feeling no emotions, and more not letting emotion cloud judgement... ;)

That can be easier said than done, especially when still finding one's feet as a poker player but experience definitely helps greatly and it's certainly a skill worth learning!

*At best.

Robots are better than humans if the humans make big equity mistakes because the Robots balance much better than we do
