How would u have played this hand/the turn?

If I were IP I'd just check the turn but we aren't :).. So turn I bet/fold vs AI vs this particular opponent as pot odds wouldn't allow us to call right? In case villain flats, I'd check/fold or call a reasonable small bet unimproved..

Shove the river or bet 150ish on the flop. Villain has about a PSB left, not getting that extra 300 is a crime.

Also, I'm feeling lazy, but the turn might be a check.

True.. I noticed that too in-game but as played I wasn't sure he'd call my shove on the river since he didn't look that strong after the turn call imo.. but yeah maybe still a crime :)

Yeah, planning your bet sizes so that you can get all-in on the river is a skill that most cash players know very well. Learn pot management!

Also, the more I think about this hand, the more the turn should be a check. By betting, we allow him to shove with all his straights and keep the pot small with all the hands we beat. It puts us in a pretty bad situation.

I think the ideal line in this spot is probably something like bet, x/c, x/jam
