$6 NLHE MTT: Jam over the top here or fold?

Basically I've been playing solid poker and am deep in a $6 Mtt. Honestly didnt know whether to shove this or fold? Is there a ICM for this, what is it?

jam unless you have reads that he is only r/c top of range and jamming rest

Is folding 99 here bad at all? No reads, though. Ended up busting 6th with 10-10 vs KK anyway.

He is at around 14M UTG right so his range has nines crushed or is a flip IMO. I unless you know he is LAG then I like a fold here. Honestly though I guess I could see a shove if you were last to act but with action behind I like your line.
