$6 NLHE MTT Deep Stacked: $ NLHE MTT: $ NLHE MTT: 6 dollar MTT right fold/wrong fold?

Blinds 600/1200
10k starting. Op gets trash for an hour but has patience and ends up tripling up!

Hero utg KQs (30k stack)
opens for 2.5xbb 3k.

Villain 1 in MP (4800 stack)
Reraised to 4200

Villain 2 in LP flats. (80s stack)

Hero flats as well (reading this I know I ****ed up here)

Anyway...

Flop: 2s Qh 3s

Hero bets half pot.

Villain 1 shoves his 600

Villain 2 shoves

Hero has about 17k left.
has no reads on Villain 2. 55/120 people left so not super late in the game.
Hero is tanking thinking maybe V2 has made 2 pair or trips or slow played AQs.

Hero folds

I wont say what V2 had. Even writing this I know I fudged up. So people call me an idiot so I can learn something.

to the above,

Yes I know in hind sight it was a great flop for me,
but ive been beaten by hand like q2 q3 suited or someone calling with 22 33 so many times, and when the biggest stack shoves on you its didnt sit well.

He had QJ as it happens, and I quickly realised I am an idiot.

So I think the lesson here is with no info on a play you should just call an all in and put your tourney at risk because your ahead more than most of the time.

Decision-making in tournaments can involve weighing both hand and tournament considerations. So for example, the greater your ability to chip up by winning small and mid-sized pots, the less need to risk your tournament life, so the better your odds should be when you choose to risk it.
