Yeah, re-stealing ATC there is pretty standard vs any sort of semi-reg. Not sure about a bad player, but the situation is perfect, and our hand plays alright i guess. i'm shoving vs just about anyone here.

I'd feel a little better if he were only raising 2.5xbb, but yeah we can resteal super wide here, he can really only call us profitably with like KK+, and if we lose we don't really forfeit much equity.

Like it - as the others have said we can ship very wide here given the massive fold equity we have.

Just threw this into Wiz, got a kind of surprising result. If we put him on a range of 20% to open and 13% to call a resteal, it's still profitable for us. We could even put him on 35%/20% and it'd still be profitable (well barely) from a purely ICM standpoint. Obviously if he's calling any tighter than that in either scenario we're making $EV.

I had intended to plug into Wiz so I could add a caveat, that we need a decent amount of fold equity to make this profitable. Obviously the more we have the better, and if villain is at all cognisant we do have a ton of fold equity here, but I am really surprised that we don't even need a fold 50% of the time for this to be +$EV.
