prob 3betting/getting it in i guess, dont really like the flat pre, if he is opening wide then 3bet him, otherwise fold

Probably fold pre, I think the turn is a fold barring significant read. Probably for our hand is he has a lot more AK/K9/slowplayed sets than KQ/AQ.

I think raise PF if you're going to play it. Usually I'd fold, but if you think BTN could be stealing, just raise and take it down, or play flop with the betting lead. May not be correct, but I'm getting it in on the turn. Could have AQ, some combo draw, or even an overpair that he was slow playing.

who's the CC player?

Depends on how much of a "newbie" the player is. If it's oldskool, I'd fold.

I don't think you're getting 3bet on the turn to commit himself with worse than a better two pair here imo. I can't ever see A,Q/Q,K 3betting smallish the turn, essentially committing himself unless they are bad. I could only ever put him on those hands if he insta shoved your raise, but his smallish "please call" bet looks very much like you're beat.

By the way, I'd rather 3bet this hand pre flop out of postion.

Fold preflop and as played smaller bet/fold on the turn I guess he showed up with AK/JJ?
