So I'm betting pretty thin not to scare away anyone & under-rep my hand. Quite unsure on the river decision.
I have around a $6 bounty but the V has been playing good. So unsure about how much value I'm gonna get here.
Does an overbet shove has any point in this board?

I am not as good as you in these games currently, but I am 99% sure the V holds straight, and why I am so sure - I think your bet on flop was lower than expected if you hold flush ...

Just no way he is holding KcXc and slow playing like that

Yeah even if he had Kx, I'm not afraid of getting coolered here.
My question is what hands I'm getting value from here with what kind of sizing?

If in your place, I would bet on flop 5,4 - 8,1 BB's.

As for him, beside the possible straight, he could also may hold a simple set, dunno. But you are winner here ...

Edit: If you are asking about reaction on his bet on the river, then 2-3 times his bet would be OK upon me :)

No hands will call there unless the nuts or possibly a smaller flush, but the problem is that you block Tc, witch blocks V for having any Tx of clubs.
Imo villain donk bet the river because he believes that you will check back any one pair hand( if he is block betting then he should make its smaller), and he is trying to get some value. That's means that V has 2 pair or better in his range.
So a big healthy re-raise must be given by you, around 40BB. That would be my play.

But in general, in spots like this you should be asking yourself what kind of hands are you targeting? If you are targeting 1 pair hands or maybe 2 bad pair hands then 2.5x re-raise seems more reasonable.
