I was the chip lead in the table and the villain moved into the table and he was the tournament chip leader at that time. He was playing like every other hand and calling off AIs with bottom pair and J2s preflop. He had 3 bet me twice and folded.

Should I have just x/f this flop or x/c and fold the turn if bet into?

There were 18 left and 8 paid..I was around 6th or so.

The flop is very good for us. You are in position. You can check this flop and cheaply see the next card. Opponent has 3rd pair and gutshot, so he shouldn't be aggressive. First of all I don't play all in with OESD because we risk all our chips. If you both check the flop you can also see cheaply the river.

Ok. So we check the flop with the intention of folding the turn if bet into?

preflop push very profitable , raise here bad with AJ very marginal hand, better fold or push.
And in flop u need only c-bet 1500 enough, then check/fold..

I don't fold the turn. If he bets the turn I probably call up to 60% pot. If he bets more than 60% pot I wonder what to do, then I probably fold, but other guy can call every bet on the turn with OESD.

Why would you want to shove all in into the chip leader for 3x pot on a semi-bluff when your tournament position / situation is pretty comfortable? You've pegged him as a loose player. Doesn't that suggest he may call lighter than most, especially since losing wouldn't cripple him? Even if shoving is +EV, is it a good enough situation to risk your tournament life?

You can cbet this flop, although it's not an ideal one, or check behind to see the turn. Yes, he might bet the turn, but that's not certain, plus even when he does bet, it's not as you'll have to fold 100% of the time; your hand can improve or you might decide to semi-bluff a possible scare card.
