No stats but assume the BB is a nitty tag and the two callers are wet noodles (~31/10 kind of stats).

slightly concerned that the one fish limped UTG but still OK if you've seen him open-limp before.

Why not just complete and see the flop ? You still will have 14.5 BB, easy fold If missed.

Then bb shoves and you now call another 100 to just see a flop?

My bad haven't seen that BB has 2 bb. Fold then. UTG having 40BB calls quite wide for 14BB even with a limp in my opinion. And it would be a race at best. Question is do you want to race with 14BB or wait for better spot.
p.s. I'm rookie I would listen to my opinion. :)

I like the push against the 2 Limpers and you dont mind the BB calling.

+1 - read on UTG is what makes it a shove or fold

I was on the fence here until I noticed BB's stack. Yeah, looks fine, very occasionally UTG will be being dumb with a monster but button basically never has anything good here and we don't care what BB does.

Stop n go here is pretty bad because you're giving two people a chance to hit something. If say it was just one limper and stacks were a little shorter it would probably be okay.
