I thought I should see a flop with a pocket pair. Plan was to fold if I didn't hit a set and then peeled for one more card. Should I have folded on flop?

Preflop is close, but definitely a fold on the flop. Setmining is already very borderline, when he is so short, and if you then also pay him off, when you miss your set on a board with 3 overcards, it becomes a massively losing play.

Pre-Flop is debatable but on the flop, I would definitely fold. You’re basically putting him on AK, AK but he can have a lot of hands.
