$3.40 NL HE STT: hows this for an attempt at bluffin

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 28/12/50

just mucking around in this one.. the guy was super weak and blinds just ticked over to 100-200.. it probably woulda taken me 20 minutes or more to wear him down if I chose to.. anyways cause I'm not in the right mindset to play and just figured what the hell I thought I'd try a bluff.

Not a good spot to bluff imo. After he bets the turn you can pretty safely say he really likes his hand.

Actually have quite a few issues with this line... Maybe it's just me but I don't like calling with 22 heads-up from the BB. It's a hand that doesn't have a lot of equity, and we won't really know where we're at unless we hit a set. That said, I don't really like raising all that much either, because as I just mentioned we really don't have all that much equity against our villain's range. So I'm probably just folding while we're this deep.

On the flop this isn't the most connected of flops but it's not really dry either. I don't think a check/raise would be successful here, it'd be better on like a K72r flop that connects less often with the villain's range. I suggest a flop check/raise and not a turn check/raise because we can expect villain to c-bet most of his range on the flop but probably will only bet his hands that can call a check/raise on the turn, if that makes sense. Also, check/raising the flop is much cheaper than check/raising the turn, as the pot is smaller and therefore our bet will also be smaller.

As played, check/raising the river after check/raising the turn is just too much FPS/spew/gross for my liking. I mean, we can try to "rep" the ace, but I don't think villain will believe we're check/raising too many ace high hands on the turn. I would prefer just jamming the river if we're gonna try to take this pot away.

Very strangely played, granted HU play is kinda strange but as you stated, we're basically doing everything with no rhyme or reason.
