I have been playing very tight throughout the tournament, but making some succesfull steals, re-steals and bluffs, just prior to this hand:

poker stars $3.00+$0.30 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t125/t250 Blinds + t30 - 9 players - View hand 1331301
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

UTG+1: t17397 M = 26.97
UTG+2: t2861 M = 4.44
MP1: t3505 M = 5.43
MP2: t11542 M = 17.89
Hero (CO): t14257 M = 22.10
BTN: t12530 M = 19.43
SB: t3223 M = 5.00
BB: t2541 M = 3.94
UTG: t14257 M = 22.10

Pre Flop: (t645) Hero is CO with Q :spade: Q :club:
UTG raises to t500, 3 folds, MP2 calls t500, Hero raises to t1850, 3 folds, UTG calls t1350, 1 fold

Flop: (t4845) 6  5 :club: T :spade: (2 players)
UTG bets t1500, Hero calls t1500

Turn: (t7845) 8 :club: (2 players)
UTG bets t2500, Hero calls t2500

River: (t12845) 4 :diamond: (2 players)
UTG bets t8377 all in, Hero folds

I put him on pocket sixes or tens. The bet on the flop screams for a re-raise as I see it.

I am not sure if I should have raised on the flop to see if i got 3betted and a fold was easier. How do you see this?

Edit: only 7 hands on the villain

Don't see what the issue is tbh. He donks for ~30% of pot you should 100% be raising here. How can you put him on 66's or TT's? He could just as easily have JJ (although i'd expect bigger bets from him).
Anyway raise flop, jam turn.
The bet on the flop screams for a re-raise as I see it.

In a $3 MTT I wouldn't worry about this kind of stuff. A weak bet is usually just a weak hand. A stronger hand would c/r as you re-raise pre and are likely to c-bet on that dry flop.

Makes lots of sense indeed. What if he 3betted if I had raised the flop? Just jam it? Seems kinda spewy with just a non-disguized overpair

Get it in on flop or turn or river

If you raise flop and he jams try not to punch yourself in the eye fist pumping
