Folding here would be awful.

Raise/folding of a 18bb effective stack size with QQ would just be insanely bad, even vs a tight player.

Also; him having KK is irrelevant here so you don't need to show the results.

Typical tournament cooler... reason why I don't play tournaments anymore, these happen all the time :/

Good decision but unlucky. U can't fold it and you can not constantly thinking that your opponent have monster (better) hand. The longer time it will be profitable for u.
