Interesting hand. First of all, after you get 3 bet pre, I'd let it go. If you don't hit your 8, you are pretty much checking/folding- Consider hands that most average players would 3bet pre- AA, KK, QQ, JJ, maybe AK. As played, if you are going to fire on the flop, you gotta bet bigger- the 200 bet looks too weak, and he might have picked up on it. His min-raise looks like BS, but the sad fact is that even if he is "bluffing" he might have something like TT and have you beat anyway. You could also check the flop and hope to hit an 8- it's a "safer" play but you could probably felt him if you hit it.
