According to the ranges I have TT is a rejam vs EP with 30bbs, it makes a lot of sense that UTG+1 would rol that big against UTG because they was a huge fish, also my hand does pretty good agains UTG+1. What do you folks think?

You are in position, why would you 3bet all in with TT?

Had you called the raise preflop, you can see a cheap flop. As it is, two over cards came. UTG+1 would have made a good Cbet with Ace pair, and you fold your pair.
