I struggle finding a calling range against short stacks when I'm in the blinds, against 22+,A2s+,K9s+,Q9s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,A9o+,KTo+,QJo,JTo I have around 42% with KTo, so idk.

easy fold! no need to call with this marginal hand, with 4,406 chips left to play.
if the UTG+1 shove range is 40% your, Kc Td is losing pre-flop, look:

This is close but I'd also fold. BullXT, we can be losing pre-flop (have a slight equity disadvantage against his range) but still be correct to call because of pot odds. But in this spot I'd probably go with KTs and KJo as bottom of range calls.

ICMizer or Holdem Resources programs can both give you more specific answers too :)

If he wants your blind bad enough to bet 10X, let him have it. Chances are you will have a good enough hand to take his blind from the button soon.

K10o is not a bad hand to go in with <10BB, but not a good hand to defend an all in raise.
