$2 NL HE STT Turbo: AQs on the BTN with about 12 BBs facing small raise from short stack

I'm obviously not folding here, but the question is do I shove to isolate or just flat?

You can probably flat with aces or kings, but with AQ, just shove it. you dont really want overcalls in this situation.

he's pot commited, shoving is the best move. It will also isolate him. You have outs even if your dominated cause your suited.

He could also be raising wider because of his stack size. He will be willing stack with worse hands.

You didnt mention any reads?

villain's 3x rs on a 9bb stack is really suspect.. but regardless you're obv. never folding and for sure you don't want to flat here.

I agree it's kinda worrying that he didnt just shove, but at this level, these guys have no concept of stack size or whatever, so i think this just looks to me like a guy who doesnt know what he's doing, And he's just making his normal 3x raise. Id say thats more common, than a player looking to get value from monsters, i think a min raise on that stack would worry me more.
