$2 NL HE: pocket 7's, late into a SnG with 2 opponent left

I am dealt pocket 7's on the button and we are in the last few levels of the SnG. The two opponents aren't making any move and the action is dead to stealing blinds, getting blinds steal over and over and over. I didn't see good cards since a very long time. Push, Raise or Fold ?

Stacks:
* BB with 4240
* BTN with 5060
* SB with 4200

Blinds: 200/400
Site: full tilt poker
Dealt to BTN:7♦ 7♣
* * Sklansky group 5
Preflop: Hero ???

Make your standard raise, 1200-1400.

Three handed 77 is huge. Standard raise and call any shove. That way you'll either be out or huge chip leader going heads up.
