I was sitting in about middle position (2 players and the blinds left to act) wish a chip stack of right around 9BB's with pocket 8's.
I wasn't running my holdem indicator (stupid, I know) at the time so i don't have any stats on the people behind me.
Action was folded to me, and I decided to push. The chip stacks behind me were all between 7-10BB's with the exception of one guy who had 25.
The field was down to 34 people, with 10 getting payed.
Was this a good spot to push here?

Thanks for the feedback.

Absolutely push no brained can't play tight 88 only 34 left and 10bb. Gotta take yor chances now is the time 88 can't get blinded out might not get any better

Alright thanks for the feedback guys.
This was one of those hands where I was fairly certain it was the correct play, but ran into pocket 10's and busted out. Just wanted te feedback on what you guys would do.

Thanks again.

I'd be pushing any pocket pair in this position. Don't be results-oriented. :)

Correct play. 88' is good choice to push with only 10 bb. At this stage does not pay to wait for better hands.
