If your reasoning for going all in was to have SB call with the remaining 25, and force BB out, then shoving with any decent hand is fine. Ax going heads up is much more likely to win against 1 player than 2 players. Do you think it was a bad shove?

sb was already in because of the ante, so my idea was just to pick up the blinds+ante's. In hindsight I'm thinking A4o might be a bit too loose, because he needs to have a really nitty calling range for this to be profitable.

shoving is fine, would prob r/f tho since he wont be coming over the top very light.

Shoving isn't bad, folding is worse, calling is terrible, slightly more than minraise then fold to 3b seems like by far the best choice though.
