Hello guys.I had an awkward spot in FT of 2.5$ 180man MttSng.i will post the hand and then i will make my question for further discussion

So,which is the most +EV move for AKs here in this specific spot,given villains stacks?Open/call or shoving?The main problem is that the only guy i am afraid of shoving on my open,is the 2nd leader who is also a reg btw(as he finally did).He put me in a very difficult spot,because he isnt shoving super light to abuse the spot risking his life tournament..Being experienced from that kind of ICM spots,i almost folding AKs made a cry call last second..finally pot splited but i felt it was -EV..I run the hand later in Icmizer and i saw that giving him a shoving range like 8.0%, (66+ ATs+ AJo+) which is reasonable,i must call only with JJ+ in this spot.So i am confused which is the most optimal play in that spot.If i induce and fold with AKs in that kind of spots its too bad,but if i am shoving 18.5bbs with AKs doesnt also loose much value from small stacks that can shove and give me an easy call?i am confused so anyone who knows,it would help a lot.
PS:If someone knows how to calculate the different EV of that spots(open or shoving) with programms like cardrunners EV(because i am new at it),it would be super helpfull..

Easy all in. I would go more wider 99+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+ but I'm not top reg. Anyway it's all in

OpenRaise+call ofc. It will be better for EV. +You can Openraise+fold if 2-3 players goes all-ins. And it will be better for ICM.

I believe ICM is flawed it adds to much weight to each value and doesnt take into consideration first place money .
it takes consideration of the next paystep value
but gives no consideration to the exponential amount of chips needed to advance past that paystep level.
ICM theoretically makes people tighter.
In my opinionif you were advancing through hundreds of players playing your poker A game only to change the way you play once theres a prize available.... is folly asf.
In my personal opinion ICM is Stupid and I want everyone to use it but me.

you're calling range should be TT+ or AQs+ AKo in this spot. gotta go with top top this late in the tournament. he would probably fold to a rejam.
