Could you elaborate a bit? :)
My problem is that I can't come up with a good plan. Do I bet/fold or bet/call? And if I get a caller, do I barrel again if the turn bricks?

I probably check-call the flop and re-evaluate on the turn. Loads of worse stuff can bet this flop and we've got outs against better hands. Plus if everyone checks we're happy with a free card.

Leading is an option but I'd prefer it if we had some reads on our opponents.

I'm guessing you'll get a ton of different responses because everyone will play it differently, but you can value bet against tens and flush draws, and if you get called you've got 3s and flush outs to catch up with a disguised hand :)

My experience on situation like this is that either of the advice given by Oz and Pascal is ok. If I were to bet it would be around half pot and anyone who's missed is unlikely to call. if you get a caller though then it is tread very carefully time as we are OOP. It's surprising how many times you'll take this down here especially early on like this is. Checking is fine too though.

Forgot to return to this one.
Thanks lads. I like both lines... probably agree with OzExorcist that betting out is a bit tricky this early on though.
Then again I always get a bit nervous when my BB-crap flops decently.
