Probably. I would have called on the turn and raised on the river and hope he got a straight or two pair.

At these stakes, firing out the same bet twice usually means a small pair. My guess is he has something like 98 or J7 or something, especially since he just completed from the SB.

The 5 of hearts is a real scary card here, as it completes straights and flushes. Because you have the king of hearts, I would say smooth call. This is because if a 4th heart falls, he may have the 9, T, J, or Q of hearts, and pay you off. If he has the ace, that would suck, but it's unlikely.
