OK, a $2.20 Mtt on Sportbetting (BOL), 53 is money bubble, we are about 60 left. I am going to try and hide the results. I would like some thought on what Hero should do in this spot w AKs. I think I am big stack on table

Shove is the best play here if you are thinking to get in the hand in first place. You knew that EP is gonna call no question about it and it's good that everyone else folded due to the board that doesn't work for you. That's how MTT should be played, you play for the stack and for final table, in other hand if you lose about 30% of your stack, that's what you can afford in this specific scenario and still be in competition for top places. WP!

That's all we needed to see. Don't be results oriented. Played fine. If you want to drill the numbers in an ICM spot we're basically playing AKs and AA KK. So, totally fine. We play for the win and not the min cash.

Thanks, that is my attitude "play for win not min cash" but I like feedback so I don't start getting too aggressive. I do not have many people that I can talk hands with so I post on some different sites

The answer to your question depends on what you are striving for. If you want to live up to the bubble, put it on the “skip hands” mode and wait for your happiness. Your stack allows it. If your ambitions do not exclude victory in the tournament or you want to take a higher place, the all-in in this situation is justified. You have a pretty strong hand with the prospect of gaining. Players on the button and small blade will very often fold to your actions like this. The rest are forced to survive and the range of their starting hands is very wide.

Thanks, I was doing that and it seemed like I could change or delete the content but not the post entirely.

Who knows I was up for hours and playing a couple tables at the time I was trying to post my hand???? Not an optimal situation, I will eventually figure it all out. :icon_bigs

Folding is a bad play here, you have a top hand and easy chips to get.. shove is the best way
