Same villain as my last hand, the 6th hand of the match. What should be my considerations when cbetting here? It's the first hand where I've raised from OOP (he flat called from the SB and I bet 4x).

SB: 53.2 BB
Hero (BB): 96.8 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8 8

SB calls 0.5 BB, Hero raises to 4 BB, SB calls 3 BB

Flop: (8 BB, 2 players) 3 K Q
Hero bets 5.3 BB, SB raises to 49.2 BB and is all-in, fold

Yeah I like this line a lot. It seems that you put him in a position to make a mistake his shove has got to be a mistake, what hand could make a that shove a sound decision?
I do wonder if the 4x raise and 5.3x C-bet are well matched?

Not cbetting here is fine. Two connected overs, so any hand with two cards 9 or higher isn't likely to fold. And we're never showing down 88 without at least one street checking thru. I probably bet it against most players, but no crime to check here.
