$165 NLHE MTT Deep Stacked: $165e NLHE MTT Deep Stacked: Live turnament 165euro buyin

Field:600second day live turnament in Bratislava - 18left - 16 promote to final day
Blinds: 25k/50k/5k
Players in table: 6
My Stack: ~~1 500 000 (medium stack)

Opening from very strong player from UTG to 100k, I on button call with Ah, Th. Small blind defending blind in 80% of call cases, big blind fold.
Flop: Qh,Js,9h (pot 380k)
small blind lead 200k (him stack ~~1 600 000 pre flop), pre flop agressor fold.
spot 580k i have 1 400 000 and i push becouse i have folding equity and i have great equity against every hand (in my opinion)
He call and show K,Qoff.
Turn: J
River: blank
I finish turnament and get 960euro. (20k+ euro for first place)

I would like to know the opinions of other players. Would anyone play it differently? After the analysis I came to the conclusion that 3bet pre flop would be better and I would probably play today.

I think it looks standard. You hit the board pretty hard and were a favorite to win the hand on the flop.

I think if you 3bet pre and he shoves you will fold or he will flat your 3bet with the KQ and flop results the same.

Next time you hit your draw or A and have a huge stack of chips. :five:

if I won this spot I would go to the final day from the position of the chip leader, the question of how it looks from the ICM position because I'm not sure. However, as usual, payjumps per ft were the largest. So, did 30bb call make any sense here?

I agree with most here as played just NH ul, what I dont agree is that if you think in a way like if I 3betted AThh here the Sb would have obv folded in most cases( I would have take down a smaller pot and not be out ) thats not relevant at all and very result oriented. You dont have any info about what kind of cards SB is holding when you decide to either fold ,call or 3b that ATs on the button .

we need all the info availabe from all players stacksizes to all payouts etc, and I didnt see you call, you shoved allin after his donkbet on the flop, you could have called the 200K (leave 1.2mill stack behind and reevaluate turn) , but folding for 200k on that flop is defenitely the worst option imo

You only showed the payouts , to know if it normally would be an ICM spot, we also need to know all stacksizes from all tables at the point you were playing that AThh , but when i look at the Prizes , I dont think this would have been the case with your situation , unless like you was high on the LB with your chips and KQ had you covered vs a lot of other shorties still in play.

so just WP like all others say

Of course, there were a few shorts, but sensible payjumps started with ft. In my opinion, the payout structure appealed to allin. Do you agree with this?

yes , best play possible for you here, also as someone mentioned earlier , if you win that spot you might go on and ship this! besides that you had foldequity plus loads of equity if called! Dreamspot in general!

we have very good combo draw hand and we push 1.4m to reise 200k ?!

Qx Jx 9x will fold
small-middle flushes cant call
some gutshorts KJ 98 Q8 will fold

QTo willnot lead it is dont need so much protection

who will call
two pairs
straight
sets
AQ ( bad call )
KQ ( very bad call )

vs AA-JJ,99,AQs,KQs,QJs,Q9s,J9s,AQo,KQo,QJo,Q9o,J9o it just something like flip and i think the worse to play this hand is to fold to lead. second worst move is to jam 1.4m.

we was sooooo lucky to see KQ but it is just 58 vs 42. he is so bad that he can call insane jam with this hand on this board and we want to play just flip ?! i dont know.
