Did I play the hand well? I thought flatting was better because of effective stack is about 31bb and that's quite big at these point of the tournament or would u still prefer to shove over him due to his loosish stats/3bet frequency over an ok example? and post play is standard right?

Given villain's loose stats yeah, I probably shove this preflop. We're flipping or crushing vs his range, we pick up a good sized pot when he folds and we get to avoid difficult postflop spots.

No way we can really just call his 3bet preflop, make your mind up then if you want to go with it or not. He's probably doing this with worse, but is it really worth while to have this confrontation right now? We can't call because like two thirds of the time we miss and i'd wager 90+% of the time we're going to be facing a bet on the flop (probably 100%).

If i felt like I was outclassed at the table, and there are a ton of regs left, i'm likely going with this. If not and the table is letting me steal and do all of that cool stuff, then i'm likely making a fold.

Well...the main thing to consider isn't that he's loose nor his 3bet percentage...it's if you've ever seen him raise SO huge before. If this isn't a semi-standard raise size from this opponent, typically gigantic raises like this are designed to protect something in some form. You'll generally see this from mid pocket pairs and sometimes from AQ/AK.

I'd just fold this preflop since calling is going to inflate the pot to the point of your opponent having no choice but to go all in on the flop and if you were to have shipped it preflop your opponent is almost certain to call you, and I'd say about 85-90% of the time you're going to be coinflipping. When we've got a super sexy stack at this point in the tournament, there's just no need to take that risk.
