1. Would you guys raise pre-flop?
2. As played should I 3 bet turn?
3. With pot odds 7:1 is my call on the river bad even though I know I am beat?

I would definitely isolate to around 4BB. ATo is way ahead of a limping range from someone with a 47% VPIP, and when you limp behind, you allow the players in the blinds to realise their equity for free.

Flop
I think, its ok to just call here and see, what the players in the blinds do. You are deep against BB, and if all the chips end up going in against him, a pair of T´s is likely not the best hand. There are not a lot of draws to worry about here either. I would not hate a small raise either though, since there are a fair amount of overcards, you dont want to see on the turn.

Turn
Now I would definitely raise. UTG is only betting 15% of pot, and by just calling this you are allowing both opponents a chance to draw out on you as cheap as humanly possible. This sizing does not look strong, so you almost always have the best hand here, and you need to bet it for value and protection. I would make it something like 10.000 here and basically force UTG to either commit all his chips or get out of the way.

River
UTG bet something incredibly silly again, and even with a 1-liner to a straight I am not folding getting 10:1. However when BB now wakes up with a raise, I dont see, how a single pair is ever the best hand, so even though you are getting 7:1, I would fold to that raise, especially when UTG has called. You only need to be good 1 in 8 times, but I think, you are lucky to be good 1 in 20 times here.

Hello. I think you should have folded on the preflop. But if you didn't do it, then definitely fold on the flop.
