Bet more preflop like 6BB and shove the flop.

OR

If you suspect BB will shove his short stack then limp and shove over his shove.

I see a severely SS in the BB shoving anything for the pot odds he will be getting.

I see UTG calling the 2.17BB raise due to implied odds.
I think you played OK until you called the flop raise. If you cut your losses here you still have 18BB to work with.

general rule of thumb (in early levels): raise 3x +1bb for each limper

Raising to only 3BB made it an easy call for the limpers. PO is right you should have raised 3BB plus 1BB for each limper.

In this case I think you should either raise 5x pre or limp expecting the BB shove, and then reshove.

As played, I think the cbet is correct. I don't know about the call but it is definetly a close one, so definetly don't hate it.
