I think the UTG raise is fine, stealing light from UTG is teh sexy.

I think calling the 3bet is bad since someone's already called, we don't cap the action and we have 7 high.

Post flop has no fold equity with a baby flush draw and is either bet/fold (unless everyone calls) or check/fold (unless getting the correct odds)

What do you reckon?

Raise is fine pre if it's not standard but a mix up. Calling the 3 bet is ok I guess also since we have 4:1 (really 5:1 since original caller is almost certainly coming along as well) and we're still deep and we have a hand that can fare ok against overpairs if we hit.

Flop is very bad. We can c/c a small bet (he underbet the ish out of it 4200 into a nearly 11k nice!) but once it's bet and shoved, I dunno what we're trying to do here. Gamble for a big stack i assume, but with 27k+ in chips still and blinds at 300 (thats nearly 100 fn Big Blinds!) geez we can pick other spots than a 7 high FD with no fold equity whatsoever to put nearly 100 BBs in when we have ultra room to play poker still

The likelihood of the remaining player reraising is very small and the likelihood of him calling behind is high, so we can safely assume we have 5:1 on a 1700 call with 27k+ behind with an easy to play hand post that isn't likely to run into trouble vs other hands (i.e KQS etc). Because of this I don't mind the call pre, although I certainly wouldn't fault a fold pre either. If we do call and caller reraises, then we make a note of this (that he flats with bombs then reraises) and readjust. Obviously we'd fold to a 4 bet and be pissed

Regardless, flop play is bad
