We also need to know, what the starting stack is, since this is how, we convert the bounty to chips. If the starting stack was 5.000 chips, then the starting bounty of 25$ is worth 1.250 chips, when the tournament begin, and gradually goes up in value, as players bust. Presumably this was early, so we can just say 1.250, since it will get us close enough. In that case you were getting around 2:1 here with the pot being 3.170 + 1.250 and 2.270 for you to call, which mean, you needed around 33% equity to break even. This is probably just about good enough to call it off with 33. But its close, and personally I would not be in this spot, since I would not have opened 33 UTG.

I think you spiced here a trouble-maker hand to a destroyer hand for yourself.
.
In general I would say UTG and SB are the two positions which are very vurnerable in poker itself as you have to be able to recieve raises and reraises at other stages of the party. So your hands have to be selected for upcoming tricky actions and possible bigger pots because of your displace position.

I also believe that if UTG opens 3bbs and someone making a raise here is actually making the player not afraid of going all-in, or shove definitely means that he/she is capable of being competitive at least - knowing that many times you are gonna making a call because of your huge pre-open.

So 33 with 7 other players from UTG must be a fold. We standing great but not great enough to handle any raises or all-ins, so if anyone jump us, its a fold. Set is also dangerous here as we will hit bottom set all the time.

The starting stack is 5000 chips and the tournament is $109 buy-in ($50 bounty + $50 regular prize pool + $9 rake )
