If I did the math correctly, your getting almost 3:1 odds to call, so I would call here for set value only and check/fold/raise depending on the flop.
The reason being you have nothing to lose because it's a freeroll, you'll at the least be second in chips at the table if you don't hit the flop and if you do hit your set, you'll take a nice pot here to propel you up the chip standings.

Does the fact that its a freeroll change your decision?

Definitely, players tend to play looser due to the "nothing to lose" mentality that goes along with a freeroll.
I would still make the call because of the odds you're getting here whether it be a buy-in or a freeroll.

Absolutely call as you have the odds but don't try to bluff after the flop. Your limp/call screams middle pair and unless you hit the T don't bet out. If the flop is all small then hope you get a cheap showdown. If the flop OESD then you may want to semi-bluff 1/2 the pot.

Is folding an option here? We'd obviously love to see a flop for the set, but with 3 people to act after a call preflop, should we not be concerned about there being a reraise?
