$10 buy in NLH deep stack tournament, blinds increase every 15 minutes, 250 entered and 40 left when it gets to this hand,
Notes on villain: "3 bet all in 8x original raise with 87 in BB when button raised and small blind called,
15BB deep, called small raise from SB with KQs, check called flop with 2 overs, check/check turn with top pair, check called 1/2 pot river bet with top pair with 4 hearts on board"
8 people post 60 ante, blinds at 300/600

Villain is UTG and raises to $1299
I'm in UTG+1 with 10s 10d and call, everyone else folds

I'm pretty sure i played the hand horribly but i just didn't know what to do, the villain seems a bit of a fish from the second part of my notes, and I'm thinking he could be doing the this with the likes of KQs. How should I have played the hand?
